Appointment & Cancellation Policies
Late Arrival / No-Show Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule and pay 50% of the scheduled service fee.
MIMOLASH reserves the right to require prepayment for future bookings. Please note that prepaid appointments are non-refundable if the cancellation or rescheduling policy is not adhered to.
Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Booking Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, any appointment missed or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation and/or rebooking fee.
For new clients, we will contact you to confirm your appointment. If we are unable to reach you due to incorrect contact information, the appointment will be canceled. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Service Return Policy
MIMOLASH does not offer refunds for services rendered. If you experience any issues, you must contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will happily make corrections within that time frame.
Note: Arriving at your appointment with eye makeup voids the 72-hour satisfaction guarantee.
Refill Scheduling Policy
Eyelash extension refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare.
- Refills scheduled after 4 weeks will be treated as a full set.
- To qualify for a refill, at least 30% of lash extensions must remain. If less than 30% remain, a full set will be required.
Service Change Policy
Requests for changes or additional services must be made prior to your appointment to ensure adequate time is allocated.
We offer various refill options — please book accordingly. Same-day modifications may not be accommodated due to time constraints.

For hygiene and safety reasons, no refunds or returns will be accepted for products once they have left the studio.
